Fedora has issued an advisory on June 3, 2011:
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/package-announce/2011-July/062289.html

They fixed it by updating to 0.3.5 as upstream fixed it in that version.

Weechat 0.3.0 does not this issue, so for sure it does not have the fix.
