bottom don't lauch, red icon launch update

Hi,

When there are updates package,there is the popup notification :

"warning you are update...blablabla"
If i push on bottom "installer les mises à jour" (install the updates)
there is nothing (popup close...and update don't launch) but if i push on red icon where there is time it is launch update.
