Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
current mga2 version

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to play and mp3 file
2.Amarok says it needs a plugin and asks if it should search for it
3.It cannot find the plugin

uninstall amarok and all related files
reinstall amarok

Amarok needs a certain plugin. I suggest to add a suggest to amark

amarok use phonon for backend. So it depends of the phonon backend you're using.
The default phonon backend in mageia is phonon-gstreamer
Here we have the suggest :

urpmq --suggests phonon-gstreamer
gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
gstreamer0.10-soup
gstreamer0.10-pulse
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly

where plugins-ugly is the needed plugin for gstreamer.

Regarding phonon-vlc it's working out of the box using it.

And we can't use phonon-vlc by defaut due to space & coherence issue.

Did you try to reinstall the phonon-gstreamer package *like* i suggested before reopening this bug ?
Or did you try to use the phonon-vlc plugin ?
You don't have any --no-suggests option used on your urpmi setup?
