updated initial channel list for de-Bayern

People using the supplied /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/de-Bayern living in the affected areas will curse their dvb-t equipment because it doesn't find any channels (or only one of 6)...

As I don't know the release-schedule of dvb-apps upstream, and the release-tag contains a hg-revision, I assume it is best to not only report it upstream (see URL), but also at Mageia for a faster fix.

The updated version is attached. Ticked the "patch" box even if it is not a diff/patch, but a complete replacement.

This message is a reminder that Mageia 2 is nearing its end of life.
Approximately one month from now Mageia will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Mageia 2. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX (EOL) if it remains open with a Mageia 'version' of '2'.

Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Mageia version prior to Mageia 2's end of life.

Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we may not be able to fix it before Mageia 2 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Mageia, you are encouraged to click on "Version" and change it against that version of Mageia.

Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Mageia release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete.

Still relevant, as upstream completely ignored the patch without any comment and still ships the outdated version.

Carried programs did change in the meantime (instead of RTL-group (RTL, RTL 2, Super RTL and VOX), other programs are broadcast, but the channel-frequencies did not change, so the patch/new list still is valid.

Version: 2 => 3

Hmmm, seems those channel lists have been split out to http://linuxtv.org/downloads/dtv-scan-tables/ although the format is completely different. Could you take a look if your requested changes are contained in there?

One helpful comment is the second most recent commit in upstream hg:
http://linuxtv.org/hg/dvb-apps/rev/d40083fff895

> Removed DTV initial scan files as they are not being updated and it makes
> logical sense to keep them seperated in its own repository.
> DTV scan files can be found in its own repository which can be found at
> http://linuxtv.org/git/dtv-scan-tables.git or on github
> https://github.com/oliv3r/dtv-scan-tables.git.
>
> Updated README to show users how to obtain DTV initial scan files.
> TODO: Have the make file optionally pull these files from git.

Last update for the de- files before that seems http://linuxtv.org/hg/dvb-apps/rev/4151b9ff75db

Maybe you can get in touch directly with Christoph Pfister or Olliver Schinagl for that?
