I have met me also this problem. I reproduced it only when I leaving the VM running in the background and when I do another task on physical machine. When I keeping the mouse cursor active in the VM, I have not reproduced it.

can you attach the file /root/drakx/report.gz
i have no /root/drakx/report.gz (likely because it didn't complete the installation), but i do have an install.log file

Can you attach a compressed tarball of all /root/drakx/* ? Also, are you sure it's not a virtualbox bug? See eg "fixed sporadic recompiler crashes with SMP guests " in https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Changelog

i have no idea if it is or isn't a virtualbox bug. I just have this issue during install, i did not compile anything. it's not 100% reproducable, but almost always it has it at some time during install.
