After latest updates, NM seems to have broken...
The applet makes me set up my modem each time I plug it, it can not
read previously created config files.

I had the setup for my modem stored in a system file in
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections. The applet does not read
them, and creates a new one each time I configure it.

In fact, nmcli hangs reading the config files:

Feel free to reopen if the bug is still present in fully updated cauldron or Mageia 4
