Same here, but I can't tell if it's a bug or normal behaviour. What makes you think it is a bug?

It works in more recent distros. It could have been an issue in MGA2 relating to the module path checks I guess, but I'd expect to see other modules also greyed out. It relies on the rygel module for PA (/usr/lib64/pulse-*/modules/module-rygel-media-server.so)
Have to admit I'd forgotten about this bug - but checking under MGA3 shows the same issue, even though /usr/lib64/pulse-3.0/modules/module-rygel-media-server.so exists.

could it be related to missing "librygel-gst-launch.so"? I've tried to stream sound to an AV-receiver with dlna capabilities but I've failed to get an UPnP stream - only the "normal" rygel dlna server is working. Searching in Internet showed me that a workaround with creating a [GstLaunch] section in rygel.conf which generates a stream e.g. from primary audio device should work. But in Mageia rygel RPM "librygel-gst-launch.so" is missing...
