Same here, but I can't tell if it's a bug or normal behaviour. What makes you think it is a bug?

It works in more recent distros. It could have been an issue in MGA2 relating to the module path checks I guess, but I'd expect to see other modules also greyed out. It relies on the rygel module for PA (/usr/lib64/pulse-*/modules/module-rygel-media-server.so)

Have to admit I'd forgotten about this bug - but checking under MGA3 shows the same issue, even though /usr/lib64/pulse-3.0/modules/module-rygel-media-server.so exists.

could it be related to missing "librygel-gst-launch.so"?
I've tried to stream sound to an AV-receiver with dlna capabilities but I've failed to get an UPnP stream - only the "normal" rygel dlna server is working.
Searching in Internet showed me that a workaround with creating a [GstLaunch] section in rygel.conf which generates a stream e.g. from primary audio device should work.
But in Mageia rygel RPM "librygel-gst-launch.so" is missing...

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.
http://blog.mageia.org/en/2014/11/26/lets-say-goodbye-to-mageia-3/

Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Mageia
please feel free to click on "Version" change it against that version of Mageia
and reopen this bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
