Description of problem:
There are patches available upstream to make the panel plugins use transparency.

Added all patches to our pkgs, please test them. It may take a while until the new pkgs arrives to mirror you're using.

BTW, I guess you're pretty experienced/old Xfce user, so it would be nice if you could keep posting bug reports about features/bugs which would be nice to have fixed. I'm following upstream bugzilla, git and some mailing lists about regurarly, but I may miss some important ones.

New packages approved with transparency. Thanks for that very fast fix.
