gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly is suggested by rhythmbox, so it should get installed when you install rhythmbox (unless you used no-suggests when installing rhythmbox). FWIW, there was another bug, gstreamer0.10-soup wasn't required by rhythmbox, now it is required starting from rhythmbox-0.13.3-3.mga1. Closing.
