Marketing, communication, web and artwork are formally merged into a new group, named atelier.

We need a atelier@ mailing-list for this group, with the following admins: trishf42, max and rda.

(btw, is there a procedure to register an IRC channel or not specially?)

Previous mailing-list will need to be closed later on, but kept for archives/reference.
