not included in mageia. gpsman for garmin and other gps support requires it. tried to build via mdv rpm and fails with tkconfig.h missing. also tried via tarball and  got cannot locate tk config files.

FYI, a Mandriva package already exists: http://svn.mandriva.com/viewvc/packages/updates/2010.1/tkimg/releases/1.4/0.20081115.1mdv2010.1/
