In the new/current installer, the old white background has been replaced by gray. That's fine, but the popups that launch in front of the installer window also have a gray background and no borders, which makes it really hard to see where the popup leaves off and the primary window begins. The effect is disconcerting, but it's worse when both the popup window and the primary window have scrollbars, as it is quite difficult at a glance to tell whose is whose. Possible ways to handle this would be: 1) Give the popup windows borders that clearly outline them. 2) Use a different background color for the popups. 3) Change the background color of the primary window while the popup is visible.

Even though I 'think' I understand the issue, is there any chance to get an actual screenshot of it ? (I know it might be difficult)
Created attachment 2483 [details] screenshot of the current installer
