Description of problem:
Version of Qt Designer shipped in Mageia 2 missing QWebView widget. this seems to be common bug, see the following links:

I found, that Mageia 1 has the following package: qt4-designer-plugin-webkit-4.7.4-1.2.mga1. Installing it fixes the problem.

A packaging issue it seems, i need to rebuild Qt locally to test my fix.

The bug is in Qt packaging not KDE ;o)
