Description of problem: When restricting the access to the internet to a specific time slot in the parental control, the tool does not consider the timezone of the computer (e.g. Paris GMT+2) but UTC. As such, if I allow internet browsing from 3:30pm to 7:pm in Paris timezone, the internet access will effectively be activated at 5:30pm until 9pm. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia 2 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set a timezone different from UTC 2. Activate the parental control tool with restriction based on time. 3. Set values close to the actual time. 4. check that internet access is disabled.

iptables now assumes UTC when setting time so the option --kerneltz has to be used within drakguard to declare local time.
