Description of problem:

Install from 64 bit iso (for example mga2 final rebuild today).

Choose KDE4 only and the Summary --> Services shows:
(1) System (2) Other

But choose Personalized desktop (all workstations, no servers, all GEs) and arriving at summary, the sequence of services shown is:
(1) Other (2) System.

Logic forbids to mention "other" as first item.
