I'm not sure it's an antialiasing issue, I would rather blame the artwork itself, still, this pixellated arrow in front of the current step is really ugly !

There are tests to do with it, but at least this graphic thing should be: - 196x24 pixels, - PNG format, - included both the rollover alpha bar and the white arrow toward the left. (see https://mageia.org/pipermail/mageia-artwork/2011-March/000129.html for the thread about this topic)
