Mandriva has issued an update to the timezone package for MDV 2010.2: http://www.mandriva.com/en/support/security/advisories/?dis=2010.1&name=MDVA-2012:044 Their new package version is timezone-2012b-0.1mdv2010.2 We should update to at least 2012b (2012c is in Cauldron/Mageia 2).

Created attachment 2393 [details] ParisTime.java Testing complete on MGA 1 i586, using zdump America/Toronto and update-localtime. Also compiled the attached file using "javac ParisTime.java" and then ran it using "java ParisTime". I'll validate the update after posting this comment.
