I created a phrase in the Facebok of the Mageia that symbolizes the spirit of the Mageia. It would be a type of a âmarketingâ of  the distro like a saying. Generally, companies have saying or mottos like this: âsatisfaction guarantted or money backâ. Itâs a phrase that itâs the company meaning in few words.The Merrian Websterâ dictionary tranlates the motto as the following meaning: a sentence, phrase, or word inscribed on something as appropriate to or indicative of its character or use. The prase, motto or saying to the Mageia is the following:
âMageia is the present and the future.â The users at the facebook liked this motto. It means Mageia is the present because of its quality and stability for the reason Mageia is at the top of distrowatch (at 7th. Position now). The other distos at start of mageia didnât believe it.They desdained Mageia. The future be cause Mageia is a community, an organization and came to stay with us and offer the best in the future.Thus, if you choose it, It could be included for the Mageia 3 as a signal.Itâs just a suggestion. I hope you get me now.

I followed your suggestion and I put the question at the marketing team . So Patricia Frasier replied me. She liked the idea about the Mageia motto. But She advised me to put an inquiry at the Mageia forums (I have already done at https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2476 ) but only one replied there. Thus, She pointed me out to talk about it at the IRC channel. She tolde me If I get a lot of positive feedback within the community, then They can put it to the Council for approval as a slogan.This can be showed whatever the Mageia councils decide . But my suggestion could be showed together with the logo.I appreciate your hints.I'm looking forward to hear you.

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.
