could you package gmic please? Sources are available here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gmic/files/
Gmic is needed for https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5913

Here's a link to download the src rpm package of G'MIC (it was built on 2012-04-19 and it does not refer to the latest version of G'MIC but it seems functional):

I just saw that a rpm packet of G'MIC (1.5.1.6-2) has been made for Mageia, it's here:

I know the link Olivier (you remember I'm the creator and developer of EKD, ekdm --> http://www.mageialinux-online.org/member/member-6177.php, it's me, you have created the EKD bug because I had asked you). Ok for the spec file, it would be really nice! Go to the bug report of EKD (if necessary).

Mageia 2 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on ''22 November''. Mageia 2 is no
longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or
bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this request.
