After an upgrade from mga1 using Pre release DVD 64 with all desktops and package groups installed. e17 desktop has two Home icons http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4147101/Final/e17homes.png Double clicking on the one on the left opens dolphin file manager which works as normal. Double clicking the one on the right makes the screen flicker and then show the virtual desktop selector in the centre of the screen. No file manager opens. If it is double clicked again then the two mounted volumes to the left of the two Home icons disappear with another flicker. Double clicking again brings them back. This behaviour is the same when a USB stick is inserted, clicking on the icon for the USB stick has the same affect.

Double clicking the Temp icon causes the same effect, almost like it has restarted the desktop.
On a fresh install with all desktops from the DVD 64 this affects LXDE also. In LXDE Temp opens /tmp in PCmanFM, one Home does nothing and the other opens ~ in Dolphin.
There is also a Root icon there which opens the file manager at /

@ Paulo The assignee is supposed to set Status to ASSIGNED. Bugs never get that status while still assigned to BugSquad, because BugSquad doesn't fix bugs. Can you please tell the name of it (for when you see this bug)? You can then close the tool.
Hi, Marja. Drakbug says my theme is oxygen-gtk, but that is not the problem, I think. The bug happens when I use any themes from package e17-themes-mageia, except the theme called "Original-Default".

AFAIU all will cause the bug to appear, Agust (the creator of the themes) made us aware that those need to be updated and will not work with the current version of e17: https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?p=28475#p28475 If there wasn't this lack of time ... Well , to clarify this bug. The problem is, the theme called "A-Mageia2" is in usr/share/enlightenment/data/themes , is the theme default , which you should never do. To end this bug simply renamed the theme "original-default" as "default" and the current default, rename as "Mageia2". To use a theme (Other than the original E) as a default distro, create a new profile. The original theme E17, should never be renamed, is the basis of everything. Another issue is the themes of the repository: Does not work with any theme EFM (Enlightenment File Manager) for the final version of E, need to be updated. So far the only theme available, customized for Mageia is the link of the post above . Themes updated for final version (No Branded). http://e17-stuff.org/ Greetings: Agust

I've updated e to 0.17.0-omega, and I've replaced the old default theme A-Mageia2 by the new one A-Mageia-3.

Well , Mageia 3 Beta 1 + E17 Omega , works very fine , but please!!!!!! remove the pakages "e17-themes-mageia and e17-themes-extra" , NOT WORKING with the current version of E.
