hub 6-0:1.0: port 1 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling... This looks like a generic issue not related specifically to bluetooth. EMI = Electro Magnetic Interference. Perhaps try using a different port or a different dongle?
You are right Colin. Changed USB port to one on an extension and it works fine so closing this as invalid.
