Description of problem: I have windows 7 and Mint 12 installed on my netbook. After the install and a restart, grub only shows Mageia entry. How do force grub 0.97 to detect the other OSes (as in os-prober with grub 2 )? Maybe it is the time to switch to grub 2 ? :)

Created attachment 2287 [details] here is the output of blkid grub should have detected an OS in : sda3 (windows) sda7 (Mint)
Hi fabien, Are the other OS'es on a Grub 2 bootloader? If so, please have a look at http://docteam.mageia.nl/fr/installer/content/setupBootloaderBeginner.html as then this is a know incompatibility between Grub 2 and our grub. The document referred to above also should contain a few pointers to workarounds.
and for windows it will check the label iirc (but really not sure)

Hi fabien, thanks for the report. As this is a known issue, also described in the errata, see https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_2_Errata , I'll close this report. (Note: the WONTFIX is not meant as negative as it might sound)
