does 'top' in cli said the same ?

not really critical since it's in vbox

also can you add you virtualbox conf ?

Okay i put log but i don't know if that's...

Computer is Alienware M17x R2 with virtualbox have 1.5giga Ram, 1 cpu and 8giga space.

run top in a terminal, much easier than make screenshot.

okay but after shutdown and start virtual box now, it is run perfect...
may be a little bug :/
