On a relatively clean system, run:

# urpmi perl-Net-Dict

Then invoke the "dict" command, e.g.:

# dict hello

There is a perl error saying:

Can't locate AppConfig/Std.pm

Running:

# urpmi perl-AppConfig-Std

fixes the problem.
