Description Zoltan Balaton 2012-04-27 23:25:00 CEST
Description of problem:

The gv package requires ghostscript-module-X but this package does not contain (nor install) the package providing the actual gs executable which is needed for gv to function properly. Installing the package ghostscript or ghostscript-X fixes this, so gv should require one of them instead. With only ghostscript-module-X installed it gives an error message: "Execution of gs ... failed." when trying to open a file.
