Description of problem:
With the pre-rc iso, the boot.iso, or the boot-nonfree.iso

we see "Welcome to Mageia release 2, Apr 7 2012 23:58:21

But it was rebuild several time since the 7th

That's because it only gets updated when stage1 (as in d-i-binaries) gets rebuilt
