I know, it's a bit late, but according to a forums thread https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2253&p=17125#p17124
xfce does use ia-ora as default style, not oxygen as it should do.

Can this be changed easily in time for the rc?

Bugsquad: Could you assign to wally? He's working on some xfce packages but since there's no possibility to find his email address I can't do :/

Updated XFCE to use oxygen as default theme, but now we have one problem. Oxygen icon theme misses some icons and/or icons are named differently.

Now e.g. web browser applet doesn't have any icon. This one could be fixed by adding symlink web-browser.png -> internet-web-browser.png in oxygen-icon-theme pkg.

Icons issue should be fixed too after someone pushes new oxygen-icon theme. Closing as FIXED, feel free to reopen if needed.
