Prerelease testing beta 3 dvd x86_64 with default kde installation.

It is missing an application for the webcam. I'm not sure which is the best to use, kamoso, webkam etc. A kde 'cheese' type application.

It should be fixed for rc. Kamoso will be installed on systems with webcam.
