When i start mcc from terminal, first output in terminal is:
# Gtk-Message **: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module" at /usr/lib/libDrakX/mygtk2.pm line 20.

System is x86_64
System already had libcanberra-gtk0 (i586)
After i had installed lib64canberra-gtk0, that message was gone

But is "canberra-gtk-module" actually needed?
Is this just a test and it falls back on i586 version?

I can't answer but it's only a warning
