Mageia 2 (Cauldron) 64bit Program "nvclock" doesn't work anymore since 12.04.2012 (latest updates cauldron). If I want to run the program in terminal I get just a "Speicherzugriffsfehler" (I think the English translation is "segmentation fault"). It worked well with Mageia 1 and Mageia 2 (Cauldron) until yesterday. No changes in hardware or any configs since then. Removing and re-install of nvclock nor a reboot solved this issue. nvclock -i Error: No nvidia cards found in your system! As I don't have some nvidia hardware for now, can you please provide the result of : LC_ALL=C nvclock -i

Find below result of the comand "LC_ALL=C nvclock -i" [florian@laptop ~]$ LC_ALL=C nvclock -i Speicherzugriffsfehler [florian@laptop ~]$ either "nvclock --help" results in "Speicherzugriffsfehler"
I think you may have a configuration problem : the message should at least be in english. Can you please try nvclock in the new shiny LiveCD, without even installing them?
I'll do that this weekend. Kind regards!
Hallo It seems you're right. Booting the LiveCD allowed using of nvclock again. Sorry for false-positive. Kind regards Florian
