On my Asus X56V laptop, the Win-key no longer activates the Activities overlay.
Opening the overlay using the mouse still works fine.

My keyboard layout setting is US international (AltGr dead keys) but when I switch to generic US layout, the problem persists.

Turns out that I had an option enabled in the keyboard layout options that said every Win key should behave as Level 3 selector. #FAIL
