When attempting distribution upgrade with gurpmi --auto-select it shows messages after updating glibc and presumably kernel too requesting a machine reboot. Clicking OK on the request continues with the installation. There is no warning to ignore requests to reboot during distro upgrade and it does not suppress the messages in any way. It does recognise a distribution upgrade is in progress as it titles the window with it. This could lead to novices rebooting their machine and potentially losing data.

Should this one be added to the 4 => 5 upgrade tracker? (bug 15637) ?
