Description of problem:
I have 64bit system and wana install etc. get-skype so i must add core 32bit repo. But if i do this and wana install other program, system install 32bit version of this program despite i have 64bit system and this program is on 64bit repo. And i don't have any choice. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mageia 2 beta 2 x86_64
2. Add All core 32bit repo
3. Install almost any programs
4. On 3 in 5 program its install 32bit verion, and i don't have any choice...

skype is a 32bits apps

No this is no duplicate, i not write about skype, but if i add any 32 repo to the 64bit system because i wana inslall any libs or smething like that. And after that i wana install any programs, the system install 32bit version not 64bit.
