Description of problem:

Impossible to modify settings
The page seems to be shifted on top left within the window
Only tabs are functionals
As the page is shifted some settings are hidden under the tabs

1. Lauch pavucontrol
2. Try to modify settings in every tab

Yeah this is due to GTK3 under KDE it seems. Dunno what the fix is but it's not a problem that is specific to pavucontrol. Not sure if there is a generic bug for this.

This should be fixed with oxygen-gtk3-1.0.2-1
(and latest 1.0.3)

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.
