Serious regression with the srpm cultivation-9-1.2.mga1.src.rpm https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2086#c17 shows that the prior version worked on my system. The current version is causing a hard lockup, requiring the use of the reset key.

I cannot reproduce your lockup, can you please re-install cultivation-9-1.1 and check if it works now(I suspect you have a 3D driver problem).
I always spacify the srpm when reporting on a test, as that's what we have to ask sysadmins to push. You're right, it's a problem with the ati driver that's been introduced, since last August. After switching to the vesa driver, the game works again. I confirmed the tutorial was in english only before installing the update. After the update I get what I assume is portuguese. Testing complete on i586 for the srpm cultivation-9-1.2.mga1.src.rpm
Tested OK x86_64, not sure what I was doing as I was reading portugese tutorial :D All seems Ok though. Validating Advisory ------------ This update corrects an issue where localisation was not working correctly in cultivation and the tutorial was always in english. ------------ SRPM: cultivation-9-1.2.mga1.src.rpm Could sysadmin please push from core/updates_testing to core/updates Thankyou!
