Users should expect to use Advanced Settings (aka Gnome Tweak Tool) to change the Shell theme. If I hover the mouse over the warning triangle you see in the attached image, I get the message 'Shell user-theme extension not enabled'.
Also notice from the image that no shell theme is available in the list.

Oops, perhaps this issue will disappear when Bug 4737 and Bug 4523 will be fixed. If so, please apologize for the noise and close this bug as a duplicate.

Why assign to me? I'm not the gnome-tweak-tool maintainer. Not enough time to handle every Mageia GNOME bug.
