Description of problem: By default under Linux, the terminal of gnuplot is wxt. For efficiency reason, when plotting huge sets of data that need to be refreshed often, it is better to use the x11 terminal. In other Linux distributions, the x11 terminal is provided as a separate package (gnuplot-x11). That's because /usr/lib64/gnuplot/4.4/gnuplot_x11 is packaged in gnuplot-nox gnuplot requires gnuplot-nox in cauldron but not in mga1. You can manually install gnuplot-nox in order to workaround this. gnuplot_x11 should be better be packaged in gnuplot anyway...
