As stated in the Summary "The Game Shisen-Sho hos no tiles"
and as thus you can't play the game. 

This has been a problem with Alpha 1 and Alpha 2.

I can't reproduce here.
Do you have any logs when lauching the app directly from the console output ?
( the binary's name is kshisen & the last version is kshisen-4.6.1-1.mga1 )

Here is what I got when I run kshisen in the shell

[bob@bob ~]$ kshisen

It was a missing requires on mahjongglib which contains the tilesets, please test the next kshisen package.

You all are making easy for me to switch away from Mandriva.
