Description of problem: I downloaded latest code for Transmission from the svn & then compiled it & then built a tar.gz using make dist & moved that to /rpmbuild/SOURCES & then I moved the transmission-gtk.spec to /rpmbuild/SPECS & then typed rpmbuild -ba transmission-gtk.spec & built all needed packages for Mageia 1. I then tested the packages & they work just fine. I'll add the spec so that you may update it.
