Description of problem:

After 2.28.2012 update of cauldron, I'm getting command not found errors logging in that indicated that /bin and /usr/bin is not added to the PATH

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. update to cauldron
2. log in with bash
3. command not found error in /etc/profile

Yep there was a bug in util-linux, should be resolved now
