Description Damien Lallement 2012-02-23 14:08:32 CET
With gnome-settings-daemon-3.3.90.1-1.mga2.src.rpm, GNOME doesn't start. gdm can't be launched.
If I check log, I can see that gnome-settings-daemon can't be started and found!
In fact:
[root@maximus dams]# grep Exec= /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-settings-daemon.desktop
Exec=/usr/lib64/gnome-settings-daemon/gnome-settings-daemon

To fix it:
[root@maximus dams]# sed -i -e 's!/usr/lib64/!/usr/lib64/gnome-settings-daemon/!' /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-settings-daemon.desktop

I don't know why this changed but it breaks GNOME.
