Description of problem:
The package xfce4-appfinder is necessary now to execute a program.
It should be added in the "Requires" of task-xfce-minimal.

It would be also very useful to add to it the lxdm package. My experience shows that it is very well advisable to Xfce: complete, use gtk, few dependences.
