Description of problem:
When building ocsigenserver with bm or rpmbuild, the process blocks at the "Processing files" stage.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ocsigenserver-2.0.3a-1

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install jpackage-utils
2. bm -l on the mgarepo co ocsigenserver (after installing the BuildReq)
3. see that it does not finish
4. remove jpackage-utils
5. bm -l again
6. see that it finishes in a reasonable time (in a vm it's 1min 30s for me)
