Description Max 2012-02-11 19:05:20 CET
Description of problem:
Inkscape has a long-standing bug that when using an object for fill there appear white "tiling" lines.
This bug has been addressed in Inkscape's bug system and fixed. (finally) Fix will be available for 0.49.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
<=0.48

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an object to pattern.
2. Fill another object with pattern.
3. Change zoom or rotation of newly-filled object.
4. Watch the white lines appear.
Comment 1 Florian Hubold 2012-02-11 19:21:13 CET
This has only been fixed in inkscape trunk (development release) during a complete rewrite of the renderer, and will be available in inkscape 0.49.
As this was reported against Mageia 1, it's not possible to fix this, sorry.
