Due to python-virtualenv, deluge requires python-devel:
To satisfy dependencies, the following 7 packages will be removed (49MB):
  avahi-python-0.6.30-6.mga2.x86_64
   (due to missing python-twisted-core,
    due to missing python-twisted-web)
  deluge-1.3.3-1.mga2.noarch
   (due to missing python-twisted-web)
  lib64python-devel-2.7.2-3.mga2.x86_64
  python-twisted-core-11.1.0-1.mga2.x86_64
   (due to missing python-zope-interface)
  python-twisted-web-11.1.0-1.mga2.x86_64
   (due to missing python-twisted-core)
  python-virtualenv-1.7-1.mga2.noarch
   (due to missing python-devel)
  python-zope-interface-3.7.0-1.mga2.x86_64

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.
