kstars handbooks are in kstars package regarding the spec ( http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/kstars/current/SPECS/kstars.spec?revision=198264 ) and it's the same thing for ktouch and kturtle.. I'm able to check on my own cauldron box (changing home currently) but from sophie it's supposed to be there for ktouch (http://sophie.zarb.org/rpms/5c2185b48bf9180a13316344f689397d/files ), i did not check other

Oh yes, they seem to be here, at least translated ones - I was just confused as all other KDE packages have now separate handbooks but not the mentioned ones. Just curious - why were they not separated?
This change was done to fix mga #2101 so it only affected packages available on live-cd so far. I'm not able to do more so far because my wk is now currently dead :/ Closing as invalid this bug.
