Description of problem: While booting up the loader stalls on loading the wlan0 interface and then fails. This happened when I installed kernel-desktop and kernel-desktop-devel and booted. I was working on some nvidia driver stuff on my system when this issue occurred, I had installed the nvidia-current-devel to make sure all dependencies of the newest driver from the nvidia site were installed. when I uninstalled nvidia-current-devel and the other associated files I was told that I then had orphaned packages. 15 of them in total. I manually installed all of them to make sure that the dependencies required by the 290.1 nvidia drivers were there and they would not be broken if something else was orphaned later on. After this reboot X would no longer work in the default bootloader selection. I thus selected the kernel-desktop-2.6.38.8-9 due to it being the latest released package. X worked but my boot time was nearly doubled in the process of getting an updated kernel. Boot before update: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6T_5AhgP2w&feature=g-upl&context=G222ffdbAUAAAAAAAAAA Boot after update: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX8MX4LLkAM&feature=g-upl&context=G222ffdbAUAAAAAAAAAA Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Every time I boot Mageia Linux. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn on computer. 2. Select kernel-desktop-2.6.38.8-9.mga kernel in boot loader. 3. Wait for problem to produce itself.

Yes the wireless works after boot.
Confirmed kernel-2.6.38.8-10 fixed the issue, thank you very much.
