Description of problem: in kde settings there is no nepomuk settings tool if i run "nepomukcontroller" in a console then bash: nepomukcontroller : commande introuvable (command is not found) if go to the software manager then "nepomuk annotation" is not installed

i installed nepmuk package then now nepmuk is installed and there is a nepomuk settings tool in kde setting nepomuk is not easy i think installing nepomukannotation is a good thing for a nepomuk newbie isn't it ?

nepomuk is a *suggest* now of kdebase4-runtime & not a require anymore. Some apps (like kmail) requires nepomuk and maybe we should add more requires on others package if they were missed but it's not going to be installed by default anymore. The second change however is that nepomuk is enable by default in our kde4-config when it's available. If i'm not wrong i added thoses changes in the errata of mageia2.

Since nepomuk is suggest by dolphin at least (& not required) it's going to be installed by default on a dvd install. regarding live-cd nepomuk is not provided due to space issue so the user will have to install manually nepomuk (& we were in fact providing a non working nepomuk in mga1 since it was disable). So in summary the situation is : - nepomuk installed & enabled by default on dvd install - nepomuk not installed on live-cd install If case 1 is not working that it's something to check with the installer.
