Description Jaromír Cápík 2012-01-22 10:48:46 CET
Hello.

Mageia might be unsuitable for running as Virtual Private Server since it lacks support for "XenServer Workload Balancing" and "XenServer High Availability" features.
AFAIK Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu (and other distros) are ready to run as Xen Guests.

Please, introduce these features in Mageia to make it more VPS oriented.
Thanks in advance.

Regard,
Jaromir.

Sorry.
This might be a false info given to us by the VPS hosting provider.
Anyway, could You please check that?

Thanks in advance.

These features seem to be a part of the proprietary package xs-tools and the source code is not available for download. The only way is to contact Citrix representatives in order to build their xs-tools for Mageia.
