Description of problem:
kshisen  is missing dependence on kmahjongglib .
Without kmahjongglib, kshisen is unusable. It need tiles from kmahjongglib.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All versions including Mageia 2 alpha2 (and Mageia 1 as well)

How reproducible:
Install kshisen without installing kmahjong

Steps to Reproduce:
Start kshisen. It shows no tiles.

Fixed on svn for mga1, & updated pushed for cauldron (closing this bug since it's against cauldron)
